The provisions above do not alter the additional protections applicable to mobile information and SMS consent described in Section 3. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or transferred with other campaign data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Contributions and Campaign Finance Disclosure
Political committees are subject to campaign finance laws that may require Friends of Anna Scharf to collect, maintain, and publicly report certain information about contributors and contributions.
Information that Friends of Anna Scharf is legally required to report may become part of a public record and cannot necessarily be deleted, withheld, or kept confidential at your request.
Online contributions are processed through Anedot, a third-party contribution and payment-processing service. Information you provide when making a contribution may therefore be collected and processed by Anedot in accordance with its own privacy practices. Friends of Anna Scharf does not receive or retain complete payment-card information processed by Anedot.
